Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
The petitioner claims appointment on the basis of the resolution dated 7.3.2018. After the resolution in favour of the petitioner, by order dated 22.5.2018 a fresh meeting of the village panchayat was called for. The order dated 22.5.2018 calling for the fresh meeting is in issue in Writ C No.20235 of 2018, Byas Gupta Vs. State of U.P. and others. The consolidated cause of action in Writ C No.20235 of 2018, Byas Gupta Vs. State of U.P. and others includes the validity of the resolution dated 7.3.2018. The aforesaid writ petition is still pending. Till that writ petition is decided the relief in the instant writ petition cannot be granted.
In such view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed.
