~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ After arguing the revision petition for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that this CRP can be closed at present as the matter involved in it, is in question in A.S.23/2006 before the Subordinate Judge's Court, Kasaragod. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, this CRP can be closed subject to the outcome of A.S.23/2006 of the Subordinate Judge's Court, Kasaragod. In the result, this CRP is closed.
