JUDGMENT / ORDER

This contempt of court case is filed alleging that the respondent herein has willfully disobeyed Annexure-A1 judgment delivered by this Court on 7.4.2011 in W.P.(C) No.11101 of 2011. When the contempt case came up for hearing today, learned Government Pleader appearing for the state of Kerala submitted that terminal benefits have been disbursed to the petitioner. In such circumstances, I am of the opinion that no further orders are called for in this contempt case. It is accordingly closed.
