The writ petitioner was filed challenging the salary recovery. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has expired. In such circumstance, the writ petition would stand closed, however, leaving the liberties open to the legal heirs to challenge the recovery, if so advised, in accordance with law. Sd/-
