JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take action on his complaint dated 30.03.2017 and remove the 3rd respondent as Hereditary Trustee of Arulmigu Arkeeswarar Thirukoil, Pammal, Chennai.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondents 1 and 2 on 30.03.2017 for the removal of the 3rd respondent from the hereditary trustee, the respondents 1and 2 have not passed any order so far.
4. Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's complaint and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioners' complaint dated 30.03.2017 for the removal of the 3rd respondent from the hereditary trustee of the temple, and pass orders, after giving notice to the 3rd respondent and other interested parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of . No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
