Sri A Krishnam Raju, learned standing counsel for State Bank of Hyderabad on instructions submits that subsequently restraint imposed on petitioner to operate the bank account was lifted and petitioner is now allowed to operate the bank account and in view of the same, the cause in the writ petition has become infructuous.
