This application has been filed by the petitioner in M.C.No.479/12 pending before Family Curt, Malappuram to transfer that case to Family Court, Tirur under Section 407 of Code of Criminal Procedure.
2. This court has called for a report from Family Court, Malappuram regarding the present stage of the case and the Family Court Judge has reported that M.C.No.479/2012 was disposed on 15.05.2013 by dismissing the petition on the ground that the petitioner was absent. So, there is no necessity to transfer the case now arises.
The above report of the Judge, Family Court is recorded and the petition is dismissed as prayer become infructuous.
