ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.2 has not been passing order in the stay application filed by him in the appeal filed against the order of respondent No.3 suspending her fair price shop authorisation.
After hearing the learned counsel for both parties, I am of the opinion that since the appeal was filed against the order of suspension pending enquiry, it is appropriate that the appeal itself is disposed of by respondent No.2 at an early date.
Accordingly, without dealing with the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2 to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, against order, dated 06.09.2014, in Rc.No.J/1127/2014 of respondent No.3, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.37862 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief stands disposed of as infructuous.
