2. This criminal revision under Section 401 read with Section 397 Cr.P.C. has been filed aggrieved by judgment and order dated 07.08.1989 passed by 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Mathura allowing Criminal Revision No.
248 of 1988, setting aside the order dated 30.08.1988 passed by Munsif Magistrate in Criminal Case No. 7/11 of 1988 and remanding the matter to Court below to consider the claim of opposite party under Section 125 Cr.P.C. afresh.
3. Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
4. Dismissed.
5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
6. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
