The registration of the society has been cancelled under Section 12 D of the Societies Registration Act, 1860 by the order of the Deputy Registrar, Firms Societies and Chit which is impugned in this petition. Such an order is appellable before the Commissioner.
In view of the above, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy of appeal before the Commissioner.
