Heard Sri Kuldeep Johri, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A and perused the impugned FIR as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for ensuring fair investigation of case crime No. 265 of 2018, under Sections 304-B, 498A, 323 I.P.C., Police Station Deoriya Kalan, District Pilibhit.
From the perusal of the record, it reveals that the petitioner is the informant of the aforementioned case. In case the petitioner is having any grievance with regard to the investigation of the aforementioned case, the same may be raised before the S.P. Pilibhit, who shall look into the matter so that fair and expeditious investigation of the aforementioned case may be ensured.
It is further directed that the S.P, Pilibhit or any other official authorised by him shall supervise the investigation and ensure that the same is completed speedily without any undue delay as expeditiously as possible preferably within four months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order.
With the above directions, this writ petition is finally disposed of.
