Heard Sri Ashok Khare, learned senior counsel assisted by Sri Harshul Bhatnagar for the petitioner.
The petitioner is claiming pay scale and designation of Lecturer in terms of Government Orders dated 28.9.1990 and 25.10.2000 w.e.f. 1.9.2010, the date on which he completed ten years of working in L.T. grade and teaching physical education to Intermediate Classes. The petitioner is working in Shringi Rishi Inter College, Ghatwa, Prayagraj.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the representation made in this regard dated 16.1.2018 to District Inspector of Schools (Annexure-7) may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner, to which learned standing counsel has no objection.
Accordingly, instant writ petition is disposed of with direction to the fourth respondent, District Inspector of Schools, Prayagraj to decide the representation dated 16.1.2018 by means of a speaking order, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order alongwith photo copy of the representation.
