Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioners state that they have filed an application on 23.12.2013 before the fourth respondent-Tahasildar for issue of pattadar passbooks and title deeds in respect of Sy.No.701/3D, Ac.1.50 cents, Sy.No.701-3C, Ac.1.50 cents, Sy.No.701-3A, Ac.1.14 cents, and Sy.No.701-3B, Ac.1.14 cents, total admeasuring an extent of Ac.5.28 cents situated at Mamillapalle village, C.K.Dinne Mandal, Kadapa District and it is stated that they have also filed an application under Prajavani programme, a grievance cell before the second respondent. Alleging in action on the part of the said respondents, the present writ petition is filed.
It is not clear from the record produced by the petitioners whether they have filed an application in Form No. VI (A) read with Rule 18 of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Rules, 1989 and Section 4 (1) of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971.
Hence this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to file an application in Form No. VI (A) in accordance with Rules and Act, referred to above, if not already made and the said application in the prescribed proforma together with representation dated 23.12.2013 shall be considered and appropriate orders shall be passed by the fourth respondent in accordance with law, within two months from the date of receipt of such application.
Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
No costs.
