Considering that applicant is the husband, facing trial under Section 304B I.P.C, one prosecution witness i.e, informant has been examined as P.W-1, no good ground is made out to enlarge the applicant on bail.
The bail application stands rejected.
However, the trial court is directed to expedite the pending trial to its logical conclusion as expeditiously as possible, subject to cooperation of the parties concerned.
