1. This petition for writ is before us to have the following relief: "a) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents authority to inquiry the matter in accordance with law and take necessary action against the village pradhan.
It is also further prayed that the embezzlement money be recovered as land revenue from the village pradhan and also complete the public works, for which the fund have been allotted by state government of Uttar Pradesh otherwise the petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury."
2. The cause sought to be agitated is essentially an executory duty and the petitioner is required to pursue the same before executive authorities. We, therefore, are not inclined to interfere. However, petitioner is at liberty to pursue his cause before competent authority of the State Government.
3. With the observations above, the writ petition stands disposed of.
