JUDGMENT / ORDER

[1] It is submitted by learned APP on instructions that committal order is passed and matter is kept for framing of charge.
[2] Sessions Court is directed to dispose of the case as early as possible preferably within a period of nine months as accused are in jail since long.
[3] In view of above, the applicant does not press present application at this stage. Application stands disposed of as not pressed. Rule discharged.
