JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Rule.
Mr.Pandya, learned APP waives service of rule on behalf of the respondent-State.
The present application has been preferred by the applicant-convict for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to take care of the treatment of his father. No medical papers are produced.
Under the circumstances, the discretion does not deserve to be exercised. Therefore, the application is dismissed. Rule discharged.
