Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner Buddh Priya Gautam with a prayer to issue a writ direction or order in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned history sheet numbered as No. 601-A in the History Sheet registered opened by the police of P.S. Gola, District Lakhimpur Kheri after summoning its original from the opposite parties.
From the perusal of the writ petition it reveals that the petitioner as not approached the S.P. Lakhimpur Kheri for redressal of his grievance as prayed in the present writ petition and the same is necessarily required under the law.
In such circumstances, without entering into the merits of the case,it is directed that in case the petitioner moves an application before the S.P. Lakhimpur Kheri in this regard, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously by a reasoned order in accordance with law within three months from the date of receipt of such application.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
