JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order on Civil Misc. Correction Application No. 242308 of 2014) This is an application praying for correction in the order dated 23.7.2014.
In the second and third line of first paragraph of the order dated 23.7.2014 where the word 'Principal Judge, Family Court' is mentioned, it should now be read as 'Additional District Judge-12th'. In the second line of second paragraph of the order where the word family court is written, it should now be read as 'court below' in the order.
The application is, accordingly, disposed of.
