Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This petition is reported to be belated by 11 years and 254 days.
I do not find any cogent explanation for this inordinate delay. From the averments that have been made therein.
Even on the merits, the case of the petitioner is that she had purchased plot No. 265 by means of a registered sale deed executed on 02.02.1991.
An order passed by the Consolidation Officer, in the year 1992, is also under challenge. This case and order pertains to reservation of plot No. 294/1 for Harijan abadi. By the order passed by the Consolidation Officer, the Harijan abadi was shifted to plot No. 295/1 from 294/1.
However, since the petitioner had never purchased plot No. 294 or 295 and claims on the basis of a sale deed regarding plot No. 265, she is a total stranger to the proceeding which culminated in the order dated 30.07.1992 passed by Consolidation Officer in Case No. 189 of 1991.
For the same reason, the petitioner is not entitled to maintain this writ petition and as she is stranger to the proceedings.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
