The following prayer is made in the writ petition:
"(i) A writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Authorised Controller, the respondent no. 3, to consider and decide objections of the petitioners with respect to the membership of 119 members by a reasoned and speaking order, as they have been illegally enrolled.
(ii) A writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Authorised Controller, the respondent no. 3, to hold election of the Committee of Management of the institution after deciding the objections of the petitioners in accordance with law."
Sri Sankalp Narain, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the writ petition is premature.
The notified election programme, appended to the writ petition is as under:
(i) Date of publication of electoral college 02.08.2019 (ii) Date of submission of objections to the electoral college 02.08.2019 to 13.08.2019 As per the election schedule the objections to the electoral college shall be decided on 18.08.2019.
The writ petition is dismissed.
