Shri Balram Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to implead Gaon Sabha as co-respondent no. 5 in the array of party during the course of the day.
Shri Pankaj Gupta, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha is present.
Shri Balram Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is entitled to grant a fair price shop license on the footing of the Government Order dated 07.07.2020.
Learned Standing Counsel as well as Shri Pankaj Gupta, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha submit that the aforesaid Government Order has been quashed by this Court in the judgement rendered on 24.05.2021 in Misc. Single No. 16086 of 2020, Haripal Vs. State of U.P. and others along with other companion writ petitions.
Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid facts.
The writ petition is dismissed.
