This Criminal Petition is filed to quash FIR in crime No. 242 of 2012 of Nandyala taluq Police Station, Kurnool district for alleged offences under section 447, 427, 506 read with section 34 IPC.
2. None appeared for petitioners.
3. Heard advocate for second respondent.
4. Advocate for second respondent submitted that police completed investigation and filed charge sheet before Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nandyal and the same is registered as CC.No. 41 of 2013 and in view of completion of investigation, this matter has become infructuous.
5. I have perused copy of charge sheet produced by advocate for second respondent. According to which, police filed charge sheet on 29/12/2012 and the court took cognizance of it on 21/1/2013.
6. In view of completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet, this criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous, giving liberty to the petitioners to challenge the charge sheet.
7 As a sequel, miscellaneous petition if any, pending shall stand closed.
