ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.3 and 4 in seeking to remove the coconut trees existing on the bunds and the electrical transformer adjacent to the petitioners’ lands as illegal and arbitrary.
At the hearing, it has come out that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is identical to that raised in W.P.No.26893 of 2014, which is disposed of by this Court today by a separate order.
Following the said order, this Writ Petition is also disposed of with the direction that the reasons and the directions contained therein shall form part of this order.
As a sequel to the disposal of the Writ Petition, interim order dated 26-9-2014, as extended on 10-10-2014, is vacated and WPMP No.36952 of 2014 and WVMP Nos.3031 and 3170 of 2014 are disposed of as infructuous.
