This is a private dispute raised in the writ petition as a direction is sought to be issued to respondent no.4 from interfering with the property which the petitioner claims that it belongs to him.
Such a dispute cannot be decided in writ proceedings. If the petitioner is so advised, he may approach the civil court of competent jurisdiction for redressal of his grievance. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
