JUDGMENT / ORDER

As against Ext.P1 assessment order, the petitioner preferred an appeal as Ext.P3. The petitioner also preferred an application for condonation of delay and an application to stay the operation of the impugned order.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.
3. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to take up and pass orders on the stay application and the delay condonation application filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. In the meanwhile, recovery proceedings pursuant to the impugned order shall be kept in abeyance till disposal of the stay application.
This writ petition is disposed of as above.
