JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner submitted an application for regular permit by Ext.P1 dated 07.10.2014 on the route Kadampanadu-Azeziya Medical College. It is contended, by the petitioner that, the route traverses through ill served area and the grant of regular permit will be highly beneficial to the travelling public. Since the meeting of the RTA is convened once in every six months, the final disposal of the said application would take much time. On account of the above reason, the petitioner also moved an application for temporary permit by Ext.P2 dated 07.10.2014 on the very same route. 2. In the above circumstance, there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider Ext.P2 application of the petitioner and issue temporary permit for a period of four months, in accordance with law, WPC No.27063/2014 ::2::
within a period of one week from today.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
