This Writ Appeal has been preferred against the order dated 03.10.2016 in W.P.No.30008 of 2016 passed by the learned Judge, directing the appellant/writ petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.70,000/- before the Sub Registrar within a period of two weeks.
2. When this Writ Appeal is taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the appeal with liberty to move the same Court for appropriate relief and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
Recording the same, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected CMP is closed.
