JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to the fourth respondent, in view of the order, which is being passed.
2. The petitioner in this Writ Petition has prayed for a mandamus directing respondents 1 to 3 to render adequate and necessary police protection to the life of the petitioner and her family members against the illegal acts of the fourth respondent. The petitioner claims to be Manager of an institution. Allegations have been made by the petitioner against the fourth respondent citing three incidents in Exhibit P3 complaint filed before the third respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is that no action has been taken on Exhibit P3 by the third respondent Sub Inspector of Police.
WP(C).27888/14 2 Exhibit P3 complaint having already been filed by the petitioner before the third respondent, we dispose of the Writ Petition directing the third respondent to look into Exhibit P3 complaint and take appropriate action.
