JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner seeks review of Annexure -1 judgment pointing out that, in the case of similar petitioners who had approached this Court by filing writ petitions that were finally disposed of by Annexure-7 and Annexure-8 judgments, the second respondent has been directed to consider the request of the fourth respondent for sanction of additional posts. The petitioners therein were also directed to be retained in service, until orders on the request of the fourth respondent for sanction of additional posts was considered and decided by the second respondent finally. A time limit has been stipulated therein for taking such decision. However in the case of the petitioner, the writ petition has been disposed of relegating the petitioner to his statutory remedy. The petitioner has immediately on coming to know of Annexure-7 and Annexure-8 judgments moved this review petition. R.P.No.799 of 2014 in W.P.(C).No.22974 of 2014 2 2. Heard the counsel appearing for the petitioner as well the learned Government Pleader. Since other petitioners have been granted the relief of continuing in service, until the question of sanction of additional posts on the request made by the fourth respondent was finally decided by the second respondent, I find no grounds to deny the said relief to the petitioner herein. Therefore, I am satisfied that the judgment requires review.
In the result, this review petition is allowed. Annexure-1 judgment is modified to the extent of directing that, the petitioner shall also not be terminated from service, until final orders are passed by the second respondent on Ext.P4 request submitted by the fourth respondent for sanction of additional posts. In all other respects, the direction contained in Annexure-
7 and Annexure-8 judgments shall govern the case of the petitioner also.
Ordered accordingly.
