B.Shajahan vs The Joint Chief Controller Of ...

Madras High Court|01 August, 2017

JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL, J.] There is no representation on the side of the Petitioner as well as on the side of the Respondents at the time of calling of the matter at 11.40 a.m.
2. It appears that the relief sought for by the Petitioner in the main Writ Petition as well as the one sought for in the M.P.No.1 of 2007 is one and the same. Added further, the Petitioner had obtained Interim Direction as prayed for by him in the Miscellaneous Petition from this Court on 02.11.2007. As such, this Court comes to a resultant conclusion that nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
