The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to raise the question regarding Section 354 IPC and other issues before the Trial Court and seeks by way of discharge. Permission is accorded. This criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to move the Trial Court for discharge and also to take the plea that offence under Section 354 IPC is not made out against him.
