JUDGMENT Aggrieved by the order dated 30.01.2015 passed in Writ Petition No.40728 of 2011 by the learned Single Judge, the appellants have filed this appeal.
2. The learned Single Judge relying on the decision of the Division Bench of this Court allowed the writ petition. Aggrieved by the said order of the Division Bench, the appellant – Corporation approached the Hon’ble Supreme Court in SLP (Civil) Nos.9340 – 9378 of 2014 and SLP (Civil) Nos.11001- 11041 of 2014. It is submitted that the said SLPs’ have been dismissed.
3. In view of the same, we do not find any ground to proceed further in the matter. Consequently, the appeal is dismissed.
