The writ petition is directed against the order of the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Sambhal.
Having carefully examined the order of the Deputy Director of Consolidation, I find that Deputy Director of Consolidation has recorded a categorical finding of fact to the effect that petitioner has been allotted the plot consisting of his original holdings and, therefore, I am of the opinion that allotment has been made as per the scheme as enshrined under Section 19 of the Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1949. No interference is required.
Writ petition lacks merit and is, accordingly dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands discharged.
