Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents and Shri Tariq Maqbool Khan, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha.
The only grievance of the petitioner is that his Revision No.1721 of 2015 (Computerized Case No.C20150500001721) (Brijraj vs. Brahma) under Section 229-B of UP ZA & LR Act is pending before second respondent but the same has not been decided so far.
Learned Standing Counsel fairly states that in case the appeal is still pending and has not been disposed of, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the second respondent to consider and decide petitioner's aforesaid revision by a speaking order within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
