Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicants, Brijpal @ Banti and Pushpendra, in Case Crime No. 355 of 2019, under Sections - 147, 148, 149, 160, 323, 307 IPC & 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station- Bah, District- Agra.
Despite time granted, no counter affidavit has been filed by learned A.G.A.
The applicants have already been enlarged on interim anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 20.10.2020.
The order is confirmed.
Applicants will remain on anticipatory bail till cognizance is taken by the court on the police report u/s 173 (2) Cr.P.C. on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 20.10.2020.
The anticipatory bail application is allowed to the aforementioned extent.
