Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to receive basic tax for the property covered by Ext. P1 having an extent of 13.250 cents in Re-survey No. 250 and in the alternative to direct the 1st respondent to consider Ext. P3 application within a time frame. 2. The complaint of the petitioner is that despite submitting necessary documents, no action has been taken to conduct re-survey.
Having regard to the aforesaid submissions made by the petitioner, I am of the view that this writ petition can disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider Ext. P3 and pass orders thereon within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
