The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the order dated 26.02.2021 passed in Special Appeal No. 326 of 2020 (Kiran Lata Singh Vs. State of U.P. Through Secretary, Department of Basic Education And 5 Others).
Today when the matter was taken up, an application for exemption of personal appearance along-with affidavit of compliance has been filed, the same is taken on record. It is stated in the aforesaid application that the order passed by the Writ Court has already been complied with, therefore, no further orders are required to be passed.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
