After some arguments learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the present contempt application with liberty to file fresh contempt application.
This prayer is not opposed by Sri Harshvardhan Gupta, learned counsel for opposite party.
Prayer is allowed.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
During the course of arguments, it is informed by Sri Harshvardhan Gupta, counsel for opposite party that affidavit of compliance has been filed by him on behalf of the opposite party in the Registry on 13.08.2021 but the same is not on record.
Office is directed to trace the affidavit of compliance and place the same on record.
