JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioners’ vehicles bearing registration Nos.KL-10E 6498, KL-54-6525, KL-04E-3182 and KL-07N 4381 have been seized alleging misuse of drinking water for washing sand kept in the vehicles. The vehicles have been taken into custody and have been released to the petitioners on executing bond. Ext.P16 is the order. It is stated in Ext.P16 that the petitioners shall not alienate the vehicles. Aggrieved by the imposition of condition against alienation, the petitioners have approached this Court.
Considering the nature of the issues involved in the case, I am of the view that no offence could be made out against the petitioners and all the proceedings against the petitioners W.P.(C) No.11933 of 2013 2 shall be dropped. There shall be a direction to the second respondent to drop all further proceedings pursuant to Ext.P9.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
