1. This matter is put up before us upon submission of the office stating that the order dated 05.12.2011 dismissing the petition and imposing cost of Rs.5,000/- is not complied by the original petitioner, according to the letter dated 22.12.2011 of Gujarat State Legal Services Authority, Ahmedabad. A letter of the original petitioner addressed to the Legal Services Authority is also placed on record, according to which the petitioner has sought to make an application for review. According to the office submission, an application registered as MCA (Stamp) No.3186 of 2011 is submitted by the original petitioner, but apparently not placed before the Court as it may not be complying with the rules for regular registration of such application. Thus, in short, the petitioner appears to be not complying with the order dated 05.12.2011 as aforesaid and has not remained present for making any statement.
2. Therefore, prima facie, the original petitioner is found to be committing contempt of court and appropriate proceeding need to be initiated against him. Therefore, office is directed to place before the bench, taking up contempt of court matters, the order dated 05.12.2011 in SCA No.3400 of 2011 alongwith the present order.
