Learned counsel for the revisionists states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present revision as the remedy of filing an appeal against the impugned order passed by the lower appellate Court is available.
In view of it, the instant revision is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file an appeal against the impugned judgment and order before the appropriate Court.
Certified copy of the order shall be returned to the revisionist as per Rules of the Court after retaining a photostat copy of the same on record.
