JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri M.S. Rathore, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 16.04.2011, this Court has given a direction in writ petition No. 2039 (S/S) of 2011 to the Joint Director, Education (Secondary), Devi Patan Mandal, Gonda (Opposite party No. 2) to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 04.10.2010 (Annexure No. 16) within a period of six weeks.
Learned counsel further submits that the certified copy of the order along with the representation was given on 08.11.2011, but till date no action has been taken.
In view of above, the opposite party is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner as per direction given by this Court within a period of two weeks, failing which, he will have to appear in person before this Court on the next date of listing to explain as to why the contempt proceedings may not be initiated against him.
In the meantime, learned standing Counsel will also seek instruction in the matter.
In addition, learned counsel for the petitioner shall also inform the opposite party about this order, in writing, within a period of one week.
