Brijendra Pal Singh Parihar vs State Of U.P. & Others

High Court Of Judicature at Allahabad|28 January, 2010

JUDGMENT / ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner is that with respect to his salary, he has made several representations including dated 16.7.2009, a copy whereof has been placed on record as Annexure 11 to the writ petition, but the same has not been decided so far and the petitioner is not being paid salary. Learned Standing Counsel fairly submitted that in case such a representation is pending, the same shall be considered and decided by the concerned authority expeditiously.
In view of the above statement made by learned Standing Counsel and looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is finally disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case directing the authority concerned to consider and decide petitioner's aforesaid representation expeditiously preferably within two months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him. Dt. 28.1.2010 PS-2100/2010
