This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 06.06.2018 passed under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 without availing the alternative remedy to challenge the said order under Section 67(5) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. Further, learned counsel for the petitioner has failed to demonstrate any good reason to approach this Court directly without availing the alternative remedy.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of alternative remedy.
