The petitioner has moved an application on 9.2.2018 for demarcation of plot no.276 and the adjoining chak road. He submits that his application has not been attended to.
It is, therefore, directed that the Tehsildar, Tehsil Dadri, District Gautam Budh Nagar may treat the application filed by the petitioner to be an application under section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and after giving a definite number to it, decide the same within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
