1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. This petition has been filed, praying for a direction to be issued to the trial court to consider and decide Original Suit No.90 of 2017 (Smt. Brijesh and others vs. Ashutosh and others), said to be pending before it since 6.12.2017.
3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the aforesaid suit has been filed by the petitioner for declaration of succession to obtain pension after the death of her husband Late Pratap Singh. The defendants had appeared and filed their written statement, but thereafter no effective hearing has taken place. The petitioner is a widow and in dire need of money.
4. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial court to consider and decide the aforesaid suit as expeditiously as possible.
