Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondents no.1 to 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner after some arguments, submits that the petitioner does not want to press the writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, dismissal of writ petition would not be construed that this Court has deliberated on the validity of appointment of petitioner and the trial court shall not be influenced by dismissal of writ petition in deciding the Suit No.1315 of 1995 instituted by the petitioner.
