Application for renewal of firearm licence is pending consideration.
Petitioner submits that by order dated 03.04.2016, Additional District Judge, Court No.6, Kanpur Dehat had directed the respondent no.2 to be present in the office of District Magistrate, Kasganj and the firearm licence of petitioner be renewed.
He submits that since the direction so given on 03.04.2014, the said firearm licence had not been renewed. He had submitted an application on 26.11.2018 for the renewal.
In view of the above, it is directed that respondent No.3 shall look into the grievance of petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order preferably within six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
