The petitioners have moved an application to the District Level Committee on 14.9.2018 asking for security as their life is being threatened by anti- social elements.
The respondent no.3, District Magistrate, Agra is directed to instruct the District Level Committee to dispose of the application of the petitioners expeditiously in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
